Before you can take full advantage of the [MVHQ App](https://app.mvhq.io/) you must create your own personal MVHQ account. This is the account you will use to access MVHQ for all your future needs as a business or user.

2. Here you will choose your preferred login method shown below.

## How Do I Complete Missions?

You complete mission by completing all the [Objectives](/for-users/missions/objectives) required in the mission. These objectives can be comprised of social, on-chain, and in-game objectives.&#x20;

# Objectives

## What Are Objectives?

Objectives are tasks or requirements created by organizations for you to engage with and complete before you can claim your [Rewards](/for-users/missions/rewards) at the end of a [Missions](/for-users/missions).

For each objective you complete you will earn [MVHQ Credits](/usdhq/mvhq-credits) based on the difficulty of the objective

## What Types Of Objectives Are There?

Objectives are comprised of 3 main groups:

* Social Objectives: Engage on social platforms (Twitter (X), Discord,  YouTube, & Telegram, etc.)
* On-Chain Objectives: Hold crypto/NFTs, complete on-chain transactions, & interact with daaps
* In-Game Objectives: Earn achievements, wish list games, & download/play games

## Do Objectives Cost Money?

All social objectives are free. Depending on the on-chain and in-game objective there could be a small transaction fee or purchase price.&#x20;

Rewards are the incentives organizations provide for you to earn in return for your engagement with their [Missions](/for-users/missions).&#x20;

MVHQ provides additional rewards to recognize your engagement on the [MVHQ App](https://app.mvhq.io/) via [MVHQ Credits](/usdhq/mvhq-credits).

## How Do I Claim My Rewards?

Once you have checked your [Mission Statuses](/for-users/missions/mission-statuses) and confirmed you have been selected as a winner, you can check the [Winner Next Steps](/for-users/missions/winner-next-steps) for more information on how to claim your reward.&#x20;

## What Is A Mission Status?

Mission statuses display whether you've started, entered, or been selected to win a mission. You can check your mission status directly on the specific Mission page or for all the missions you've completed on your [User Dashboard](/for-users/user-dashboard) under the [Your Missions](/for-users/user-dashboard/your-missions) tab.

## What Does Each Mission Status Mean?

## What Are Winner Next Steps?

Winner next steps are instructions for users that have been selected as winners to claim their reward. The Winner Next Steps are shown on the specific Mission page for winners after they have been selected.&#x20;

# Verified Missions & Organizations

## What Is A Verified Organization?

A verified organization is an organization that has been approved my MVHQ to be publicly discoverable on the [Home](https://app.mvhq.io/) & [Explore](https://app.mvhq.io/explore) Pages and that their Twitter/X account is connected to their profile.&#x20;

Please report any suspicious or malicious activity via the [Report A Mission](/for-users/missions/report-a-mission) function. ## How Can I Tell Which Organizations Are Verified?

Verified organizations will be displayed at the top of their mission page with a blue checkmark.

## Which Missions Get Me Credits?

You will only earn [MVHQ Credits](/usdhq/mvhq-credits) from missions created by verified organizations. You can see on each objective how many credits you will earn.

# Report A Mission

## When Should You Report A Mission?

You should report a Mission immediately if you see any suspicious or malicious activity on the Mission page. This can include: harmful speech, malicious links, or misleading information.

## How To Report A Mission?

You can report a mission by clicking on the Report Mission button at the top of the mission page

Next, you will see a Report Mission modal popup. Here you can select your Reason for Reporting the Mission and write a short description with any additional details to give context to MVHQ when reviewing the Mission.

## Why To Report A Mission?&#x20;

You can report a mission for a variety of reasons including:&#x20;

* Inappropriate or Harmful Content
* Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity
* Other (This can include anything that may harm or mislead users that you deem worthy of a review by MVHQ)

## What Happens After I Report A Mission

Reporting a Mission will trigger MVHQ to review your report and make any necessary changes or remove the Mission if necessary.&#x20;

## How Many Credits Do I Earn From Missions?

You earn Credits from completing individual objectives and whole missions. The number of Credits you will earn from each individual objective will be listed on the objective.&#x20;

# Referrals

## What Are Referrals?

Referrals allow you to invite others to create accounts on the [MVHQ App](https://app.mvhq.io/) and share in their Credit earnings. &#x20;

## How Do Referrals Work?

To successfully refer someone to the [MVHQ App](https://app.mvhq.io/) you must copy your unique referral code from your [User Dashboard](https://app.mvhq.io/dashboard) and send it to a new user. When that user creates a new account on the MVHQ App using your unique referral link, you will have successfully referred them.&#x20;

For the referral to be successful, you must refer a user who creates a new account on the MVHQ App. You cannot refer someone who already has an MVHQ Account.&#x20;

## How Many Credits Do I Earn From Referrals?

You earn 10% of the [MVHQ Credits](/usdhq/mvhq-credits) earned from anyone you refer directly and 2% of the Credits from anyone who they refer.&#x20;

Weekly Challenges are objectives that increase your [Credit Boosters](/usdhq/credit-boosters) and reset each week.

## How Much Booster Do I Earn?

You earn [Credit Boosters](/usdhq/credit-boosters) from completing individual objectives and from earning stars. The number of Credits you will earn from each individual objective will be listed on the objective.&#x20;

Organizations are entities on the MVHQ App for your business to create, manage, and analyze all of your MVHQ Missions.&#x20;

1. To create your organization, navigate to: <https://app.mvhq.io/organizations>
2. Here you will see a list of the organizations you are a part of. To create a new organization, select the **Create new Organization** button

Missions are MVHQ's version of quests for you to incentivize users to engage with your suite of product(s) and social media account(s) to bring value to your business.

1. To create a mission, navigate to: <https://app.mvhq.io/create-mission>
2. Here you can add all the necessary details to publish your mission and start acquiring users.

3. Start by adding the title to your mission. Your mission title should emphasize the purpose of your mission or the reward for users (Ex. Project Whitelist or Blockchain/Product Launch).
4. Next, select the organization you created in the previous step [Create An Organization](/for-teams/create-a-misison/publish-your-docs) that you want your mission linked to
5. Now, select the date and time you want your mission to start and end. *NOTE: Once your mission has started you will **NOT** be able to change any of the other mission details.*
6. Now, you can create the about section for your mission. Here you should include any relevant information for users to complete your mission and learn about your organization.&#x20;

7. Add any relevant social links for you and your organization to the social links section and they will automatically be shown at the bottom of your about section.

8. Finally, upload the featured and thumbnail images you want to represent your mission. These are the images that will be displayed to users when they first see your mission on the home or explore pages. The most successful missions on Metaverse HQ structure their objectives such that liking and retweeting an X post that distinctly includes their mission link. Essentially, the more users complete your mission, the more new users will be exposed your mission on Twitter.

Though there are various server implementations Metaverse HQ deploys to mitigate bots, the most effective practice to mitigating bots is to incorporate a "Mint Objective" which drives users to complete the objective for a nominal fee of .0009 ETH.

## General Solutions

1. If you're not sure what your specific issue is, try this first:&#x20;
   1. Log out of MVHQ and log back in again.
   2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then hard refresh the page.
   3. Switch devices, browsers, or wallets. MVHQ works best on desktop with Chrome running [Metamask](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/metamask/nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn).
2. Or open a support ticket in the [Metaverse HQ Discord Server](https://discord.gg/mvhq).

## I can’t log in

* Try logging in using a different method.&#x20;
* If you changed your Discord username since the last time you logged in, you may not be able to log in using Discord.&#x20;
* If you deleted all of your MVHQ account connections to Discord, Google, and your wallet, you can still log in via email. Whenever you connect Discord or Google to your MVHQ account, it automatically links the associated emails to your account. Use one of those emails to log in. You’ll receive a six-digit code over email to complete your login.

## Error: Bot Detected!

On rare occasions, VPNs, ad blockers, and other page-modifying browser extensions will trigger bot detection errors. If you have anything like that running on your machine or browser, temporarily disable them to see if the bot-related error message disappears.

If you scroll down the page on any of our Missions, you should see expanded help for completing the Mission. Sometimes we’ll even include troubleshooting steps for a Mission directly on its Mission page.


# Connected Accounts

## **Which Accounts Can I Connect?**

There are currently six types of Connections: Google, Twitter, Discord, Steam, Email, and Wallet.

## Why Can’t I Connect Accounts On Mobile?

We recommend connecting all your accounts on desktop. After all your connections are complete, your mobile browsing experience should be smooth.

## How Did My Email Get Connected?

If your MVHQ account doesn’t have an email connected, and then you connect your Google/Discord, the email associated with your Google/Discord account automatically connects to your MVHQ account as well.

## Why Is My Email Automatically Connected?

It prevents people from unintentionally creating multiple MVHQ accounts. For example, someone logs in with Google and doesn’t connect anything else. Later, they log in again but use Discord to log in because they forgot they logged in with Google the first time. If their Google and Discord share the same Email, then the Discord login will automatically log into the MVHQ account that already has the Google account connection and will connect their Discord to the same account.

## Will I Lose Credits When Switching A Connected Account

No, all your [MVHQ Credits](/usdhq/mvhq-credits), [Credit Boosters](/usdhq/credit-boosters) and [Missions](/for-users/missions) progress is tied to your MVHQ account, not your connected accounts, so you won’t lose any progress by switching your connected accounts.

# Twitter/X

## General Twitter Troubleshooting

If you get an error related to Twitter/X, open a new tab/window in your browser and make sure basic Twitter functionality works on the native Twitter page. Sometimes Twitter will log you out of your account, which can interfere with your ability to perform Twitter-related actions on the MVHQ site.

If this does not fix the issue, unlink and relink Twitter’s connection to your MVHQ Account:

1. On the MVHQ Mission Platform, click your avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. On the left side, choose Connected Accounts.
4. Click the Twitter garbage icon to remove its connection.
5. Click Add Twitter Account.
6. Return to the page where you encountered the original problem, refresh it, and see if your issue is resolved.

## Reply to Tweet Doesn't Work

Here are some keys to getting the "Reply to a Tweet" objective to verify properly:

1. You have to reply using the "Reply" button on the objective. You can't click "View Tweet" or manually visit the tweet to reply to it.
2. After you reply, you have to wait 10-20 seconds for the "Verify Reply" button to work. If you try to verify too quickly, then you'll get an error that says you haven't replied.
3. If you replied over two hours ago, the verify button may not pick up your reply correctly either. Try replying again, waiting 15 seconds after posting the reply, and then click the verify button.
4. Your reply has to be a *direct* reply to the Tweet. It can't be a reply to someone else's reply.

## Twitter/X Retweet Doesn't Work

Sometimes Twitter rate limits our Retweet verification. If you wait 15 minutes and try again, it will usually work. You can also manually Retweet on Twitter to improve the chances of completing the objective:

1. On the MVHQ mission, click View Tweet.
2. In the Twitter window that pops up, click the Retweet icon. If you had already Retweeted, un-Retweet and Retweet again.
3. Close the Twitter popup to return to the MVHQ mission.
4. Click Retweet on the objective again to verify that you Retweeted.

## Change the Twitter/X account that's connected to my MVHQ account

1. Visit the [Connected Accounts](https://app.mvhq.io/settings/connected-accounts) tab on your profile.
2. Click the garbage can icon next to your Twitter account.
3. Click "Add Twitter account."
4. In the window that pops up, authorize the connection with a different Twitter/X account.

## Move my Twitter/X from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account that has the Twitter account connection you want to move. Your Twitter account can't be used to log in, so you'll have to log in with the wallet, Discord, Google, or email that you already connected to that same account.
2. Visit the [Connected Accounts](https://app.mvhq.io/settings/connected-accounts) tab on your profile.
3. Click the garbage can icon next to your Twitter account.
4. Log out of your MVHQ Account.
5. Log in to your *other* MVHQ Account (the one you want to connect your Twitter account *to*) using a login method that's already connected to that account (wallet, Discord, Google, or email).
6. Visit the [Connected Accounts](https://app.mvhq.io/settings/connected-accounts) tab on your profile again.
7. Click "Add Twitter account."
8. In the window that pops up, authorize the connection with a different Twitter/X account.

## Why is MVHQ asking for so many Twitter/X permissions?

MVHQ will only use these permissions when your press a button on the MVHQ Mission Platform. We won't silently perform Twitter actions on your behalf in unexpected ways. These permissions allow for the super smooth completion of Objectives without bouncing between different browser tabs and apps. This will be incredibly useful when we have dozens of concurrent Missions.


# Discord

## General Discord Troubleshooting

If you get a Discord-related error, unlink and relink Discord’s connection to your MVHQ Account:

1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. On the left side, choose Connected Accounts.
4. Click the Discord garbage icon to remove its connection.
5. Click Add Discord Account.
6. Return to the page where you encountered the original problem, refresh it, and see if your issue is resolved.

## Discord Won't Connect to MVHQ

We discovered a bug where users can't connect their Discord to their MVHQ account if their Discord does not have an email associated with it (i.e. they verified by phone and never added an email). If you add an email to your Discord user settings, it should fix the issue.

## Move my Discord from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account with Discord.
2. Disconnect Discord (Settings → Connected Accounts → Trash Icon).
3. Connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account (Settings → Account).
4. Be sure this burner email is set to be the "primary" email on your account (Settings → Account → Email → Set as Primary Email Address).&#x20;
5. Disconnect the Email that's associated with your Discord account (Settings → Account → Email → Remove Email Address). **Many people errantly skip this step.**
6. Log out of your MVHQ Account.
7. Log in to your *other* MVHQ Account (the one you want to connect your Discord account *to*) using the Wallet/Google login method that's already connected to that account.
8. Connect Discord (Settings → Connected Accounts → Add Discord Account).


# Web3 Wallets

## Change The Wallet Connected To My MVHQ Account

You can only connect one wallet to your MVHQ Account. All progress is tied to your MVHQ account, not your wallet, so you won’t lose progress on Missions by switching wallets. Use these steps to change your wallet:

1. Click the avatar in the upper right.
2. Click Settings in the dropdown menu.
3. Click Web3 Wallets on the left.
4. Click the garbage can on wallet.
5. Connect a new wallet.

## Move my Wallet from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account with the wallet you want to move.
2. Connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account (Settings → Account).
3. Disconnect Wallet from MVHQ account (Settings → Web3 Wallets → Trash Icon).
4. Log out of your MVHQ Account.
5. Log in to your *other* MVHQ Account (the one you want to connect your Wallet *to*) using a login method that's already connected to that account (Google, Discord, or Email).
6. Connect Wallet to MVHQ account (Settings → Web3 Wallets → Connect Wallet).

## Can I Connect More Than One Wallet?

Currently you can only connect one Web3 wallet to your MVHQ Account at a time.&#x20;


# Google

## Move my Google from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account with Google.
2. Disconnect Google (Settings → Connected Accounts → Trash Icon).

## My Steam Wishlist Verification Fails

1. Go to your steam profile by clicking on your profile picture in the top right
2. Click "Edit Profile"
3. Click on the "Privacy Settings" tab
4. Make sure your "My profile" and "Game details" settings are set to "Public"
5. Retry the Verify Steam Wishlist step after you've added the game to your Wishlist&#x20;

# Your Account Is Already Connected To Another User

You can’t merge or delete accounts, but you can delete connections from one account and add them to another. Remember, if you connect your Discord/Google account, the email associated with that Discord/Google account *also* gets connected to your MVHQ account. To fully disconnect those accounts, you *also* have to disconnect the associated email. And you can’t remove *every* connection from an account. Find your specific situation below and follow the steps to untangle your accounts.

## Move my Wallet from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account with the wallet you want to move.
2. Connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account (Settings → Account).
3. Disconnect Wallet from MVHQ account (Settings → Web3 Wallets → Trash Icon).
4. Log out of your MVHQ Account.
5. Log in to your *other* MVHQ Account (the one you want to connect your Wallet *to*) using a login method that's already connected to that account (Google, Discord, or Email).
6. Connect Wallet to MVHQ account (Settings → Web3 Wallets → Connect Wallet).

## Move my Discord from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account with Discord.
2. Disconnect Discord (Settings → Connected Accounts → Trash Icon).
3. Connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account (Settings → Account).
4. Be sure this burner email is set to be the "primary" email on your account (Settings → Account → Email → Set as Primary Email Address).&#x20;
5. Disconnect the Email that's associated with your Discord account (Settings → Account → Email → Remove Email Address). **Many people errantly skip this step.**
6. Log out of your MVHQ Account.
7. Log in to your *other* MVHQ Account (the one you want to connect your Discord account *to*) using the Wallet/Google login method that's already connected to that account.
8. Connect Discord (Settings → Connected Accounts → Add Discord Account).

## Move my Google from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account with Google.
2. Disconnect Google (Settings → Connected Accounts → Trash Icon).
3. Connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account (Settings → Account).

## Move my Twitter/X from one MVHQ account to another

1. Log in to the MVHQ Account that has the Twitter account connection you want to move. Your Twitter account can't be used to log in, so you'll have to log in with the wallet, Discord, Google, or email that you already connected to that same account.
2. Connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account (Settings → Account).
3. Be sure this burner email is set to be the "primary" email on your account (Settings → Account → Email → Set as Primary Email Address).&#x20;
4. Disconnect Twitter (Settings → Connected Accounts → Trash Icon).
5. Log out of your MVHQ Account.
6. Log in to your *other* MVHQ Account (the one you want to connect your Twitter account *to*) using a login method that's already connected to that account (wallet, Discord, Google, or email).
7. Connect Twitter (Settings → Connected Accounts → Add Twitter Account).

## I can’t remove an account connection

In the upper right corner, click the avatar circle and choose Settings from the dropdown menu.

To disconnect your Wallet, choose Web3 Wallets from the menu and then click the trash can.

To disconnect Twitter/X, choose Connected Accounts from the menu and click the trash can icon on the Twitter/X account.

To disconnect Google or Discord, choose Connected Accounts from the menu and click the trash can icon on the account you wish to disconnect. Whenever you add one of these accounts, your email gets automatically connected as well. As long as this email is connected, you won’t be able to connect the corresponding Google or Discord to another MVHQ Mission Account.

To remove your email, choose Account from the menu, click your email address, and choose Remove Email Address. You can’t remove your email if your Google or Discord is connected and associated with that email. You have to disconnect the Google or Discord associated with that email before you can remove it.

You also can’t remove the last connection on your account, as that would prevent you from logging in again. If you connect a burner email (an unimportant email you control) to your MVHQ Account and set to be the "primary" email on your account, then you can remove all other account connections.


# Wallet/Mint Errors

Sometimes your wallet will get out of sync with our site, or you’ll encounter an error when you try to mint or verify that your wallet interacted with a specific contract. If issues like these occur, try the following methods to resolve them…

## Log out of your MVHQ Account and log in again

1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Log Out at the bottom of the dropdown menu.
3. In the upper right corner, click Sign In.
4. Log in again and see if your issue is resolved.

## Unlink and relink your wallet from your MVHQ Account

1. Click your avatar in the upper right corner.
2. Choose Settings from the dropdown menu.
3. On the left side, choose Web3 Wallets.
4. Click the garbage icon to remove your wallet from your MVHQ Platform Account. *Do not log out or refresh the page until the next step is complete!*
5. Click Add Metamask Account.
6. Refresh the page where your original issue occurred to see if your issue is resolved.

## Sync these three wallet connections

1. The wallet you linked to your MVHQ Account above is the *only* wallet that can mint.
2. You may have multiple wallet connections within Metamask (or whatever wallet software you're using). In Metamask, click the triple dot in the upper right corner and choose Connected Sites. Be sure the *only* wallet connected to [app.mvhq.io](http://app.mvhq.io/) is the wallet from Step #1.
3. Also in Metamask, make sure your *active* wallet matches the wallet in Step #1.
4. When these three wallets match, refresh the page and hopefully your issue is resolved.

## Clear cache+cookies

Clear your browser cache and cookies for the MVHQ site, refresh your page, log in again, and see if your issue is resolved.

## Try a different browser/device

Our site works best on desktop with chrome and Metamask, but if that doesn't work, try a different browser, wallet software, or device.

## Close Other Wallet Software

If you have multiple wallet extensions installed (ex: Metamask, Rainbow, Rabby), turn off all but one of them. In Chrome, right-click the extension, choose Manage Extension, and turn off the switch at the top. Refresh the page and try to perform your action again.

## MintConfig Returned No Data

If you receive the error, "The contract function mintConfig returned no data (0x)," that usually means that the network on the Mission page is out of sync with the network set in your wallet. In your wallet, try changing the network to something else, and then set it back to the network that the mint uses. Then refresh the Mission page and try to mint again.

## Switch back and forth between MVHQ Accounts

1. Click your avatar in the upper right and choose Log Out.
2. In Metamask (or your wallet software), disconnect your main wallet from the MVHQ platform. (In Metamask, click the triple dots in upper right, choose Connected Sites, and trash [app.mvhq.io](http://app.mvhq.io))
3. Create/Switch to a subwallet in Metamask.
4. Log in to the MVHQ platform using the subwallet. (This will create a second MVHQ Platform account that you won't really use.)
5. Click your avatar in the upper right and choose Log Out.
6. In Metamask, disconnect your subwallet from the MVHQ platform.
7. In Metamask, switch to your main wallet.
8. Log back into the MVHQ platform using the Metamask login method.
9. See if your issue is resolved.


# Did I Win?

If you win something for completing a mission, then your mission status will change to "winner" with a "view winner next steps" button. Click this button to learn how to experience your winning benefit.

Some winning benefits may take months to deliver. MVHQ does not deliver the benefits to winners, our partners do. Be sure to follow partners' social media accounts or contact partner customer support for more information about benefits with longer delivery timeframes.

For some missions, everyone is a winner, and your status will change to "winner" shortly after completing the mission.

For raffle missions, selecting winners will not happen until the mission has ended. It may take several days after the mission ends to select winners to give us time to verify which users completed all of the mission requirements. Track all your mission statuses on your Mission Dashboard.

## Objectives

Objectives are tasks that users will be required to complete in order to finish your mission(s) and earn your reward. You will be able to manually select up to 10 objectives for users to be required to complete within your mission. Your objectives can require actions across multiple social media platforms and blockchains.

## Rewards

Rewards are the incentive(s) you provide to users for completing your mission. Rewards can be on or off-chain and you can determine the quantity of reward(s) and winner(s).

You as the organization will be required to distribute the reward to the winner(s) of your mission. MVHQ will provide you with a list of wallet addresses and necessary information tied to your objectives for all users that complete your mission.&#x20;

It is important for you to select a reward that users will find valuable in order to get the most user engagement, awareness, and acquisition for your mission.
