Boosted credits are the product of your MVHQ Credits and your Credit Boosters.
Boosted Credits are the final number that will be used to calculate your $HQ rewards at the end of each Sagas
You can check how many Boosted Credits you've earned on the Saga Overview Tab of your User Dashboard.
