General Solutions

  1. If you're not sure what your specific issue is, try this first:

    1. Log out of MVHQ and log back in again.

    2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then hard refresh the page.

    3. Switch devices, browsers, or wallets. MVHQ works best on desktop with Chrome running Metamask.

  2. Or open a support ticket in the Metaverse HQ Discord Server.

I can’t log in

  • Try logging in using a different method.

  • If you changed your Discord username since the last time you logged in, you may not be able to log in using Discord.

  • If you deleted all of your MVHQ account connections to Discord, Google, and your wallet, you can still log in via email. Whenever you connect Discord or Google to your MVHQ account, it automatically links the associated emails to your account. Use one of those emails to log in. You’ll receive a six-digit code over email to complete your login.

Error: Bot Detected!

On rare occasions, VPNs, ad blockers, and other page-modifying browser extensions will trigger bot detection errors. If you have anything like that running on your machine or browser, temporarily disable them to see if the bot-related error message disappears.
