I Need Help! What do I do?

1. Try these general solutions:

   1. Log out of MVHQ and log back in again.

   2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then hard refresh the page.

   3. Switch devices, browsers, or wallets. MVHQ works best on desktop with Chrome running Metamask.

2. Or open a support ticket in the Metaverse HQ Discord Server.

Error: Bot Detected!

On rare occasions, VPNs, ad blockers, and other page-modifying browser extensions will trigger bot detection errors. If you have anything like that running on your machine or browser, temporarily disable them to see if the bot-related error message disappears.

Mission-Specific Troubleshooting

If you scroll down the page on any of our Missions, you should see expanded help for completing the Mission. Sometimes we’ll even include troubleshooting steps for a Mission directly on its Mission page.
